It is a low frequency channel induction furnace consisting of two pools, one for loading and one for discharging, for melting and holding brass or bronze material.
The pools are separated by a wall that opens at the bottom. Thus, the cleanest part of the metal in the melting pool is transferred to the waiting pool.
Since the induction channel ring stands vertically, energy is transferred to the “alloy mixture” creating a special flow that improves metal refinement. The oven can be equipped with a temperature control system consisting of three thermocouples with relative regulators. This gives the furnace a high degree of efficiency and safety. The oven is cooled by two extractor fans controlled by the temperature output. The furnace is built to simplify maintenance and regulation.
