Our steels can be supplied:

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
¤ Annealed to a maximal hardness of 300 HB
Hot work tool steel , alloyed with Cr, W, Mo, and Co. For tools subject to critical stresses in hot- stamping, without cooling during server at high temperature requiring hot flow. The steel has high tempering resistance to maintain his strength at the high to service temperatures.
¤ High thermal shock resistance and thermal fatigue
¤ Good toughness and ductility
¤ Good machining
¤ Good dimensional stability during the thermal treatment
¤ High tempering stability in service
PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
¤ Toolings for stamping under press of non ferrous materials.
¤ Inserts for die-casting moulds (heavy alloys)
¤ Toolings for heavy metals extrusion (matrices, punches, spindles,etc.)
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A BEST LIFE OF TOOL
Pre-Heat the tool slowly in order to homogenize the temperature in surface and in the core between 250 and 300°C.
