This line, consisting of 2 single machines that can be connected to each other, performs the complete automatic assembly of the tap screw with a series of presence and tightness checks carried out during each assembly phase.

Each individual machine consists of a hexagonal base, a servo-controlled NC rotary table that can be electronically programmed via a Touch Screen control panel, a central fixed disc and an external rotating disc complete with supports for positioning the pieces.

Each machine is also equipped with a Touch Screen control panel from which it is possible to manage the automatic machine set-up facilitated at each change of equipment, batch and/or item and monitor production data via mobile devices.

The centralized supervisor can be connected to the management database for data transfer, scrupulously following the requirements imposed by the Smart Factory and Enterprise 4.0 project.

All components are automatically fed via circular and straight vibrators complete with suspended hoppers to dose and increase the load capacity.

All loading/unloading and assembly phases have camera vision systems to check correct assembly.
