The line is composed by a multihead weighing system which counts the pieces, a packaging machine and two boxing machines.
The pieces are counted by the vibrating weighing system and put inside plastic bags through the packaging machine.
The packaged pieces are transported with a motorized conveyor belt to the boxing terminal.
The first boxing machine opens the boxes from cartons and tapes the lower sides automatically. Afterwards the operator places the plastic bags containing the pieces in the opened boxes and pushes them inside the second machine which tapes automatically the upper side and closes the boxes.
It can be installed also a printer at the exit of this line in order to write a desired product information and barcode on the boxes.
The maximum speed of the packaging line is 20 bags per minute regardless of the number of pieces placed inside the plastic bags.
