M.T. ZANETTI ELECTRIC Robotic Cell for Assembling and Testing Pneumatic Valve Membranes - Assembling Machines - 1

Details

The machine automatically assembles membranes for pneumatic valves with a series of presence and seal checks carried out during each assembly phase.

It consists of a hexagonal base, a CNC servo-controlled rotary table that can be electronically programmed via a Touch Screen control panel, a central fixed disk and an external rotating disk complete with supports for positioning the pieces.

The machine is also equipped with a Touch Screen control panel from which it is possible to manage the automatic machine setup facilitated with each change of equipment, batch and/or article and monitor production data via mobile devices.

The centralized supervisor can be connected to the management database for data transfer, scrupulously following the requirements imposed by the Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 project.

All components are automatically fed via circular and straight-line vibrators complete with suspended hoppers for dosing and increasing loading capacity. The membrane body is fed via a circular vibrator and a motorized belt system serving a workpiece gripping robot complete with a vision system. A second robot automatically unloads the workpiece from the rotary table for subsequent loading onto an additional appendage mounted outside the machine to allow for automatic gasket assembly.

All loading/unloading and assembly phases are equipped with camera vision systems to ensure proper assembly. The force and height of the pressing system are also monitored using a load cell.
