Automatic Loading System:

 

This closed-circuit solvent and oil recycling machine degreases, deburrs, and removes dirt from brass, steel, titanium, cast iron, iron, aluminum, and other materials using a modified alcohol solvent.

It can perform pre-washing and washing with two washing tanks.

The integrated distillation and recycling system in the washing chamber ensures continuous modified alcohol solvent recycling.

It removes all types of dirt and oil from metal parts that have been machined with cutting oil and boron oil, and thoroughly dries them.

It removes dirt, burrs and oil even in the most difficult areas thanks to its ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum system.

It can be designed with one or more baskets.
